Day 2. That was INTENSE.

I feel like my brain has imploded and my feet are offended by being stuck in narrow, pointy-toe, 3.5 inch stilettos from 7:30 in the morning to 5:30 at night. My shoulders hurt from carrying heavy bags and when I finally got to my hotel room, I plopped down on the bed and didn't want to move a muscle for days. Unfortunately, still a lot of preparation required for tomorrow. I wish I was staying here through Wednesday, then I wouldn't need to cram everything in two days... or at least I should have started doing preliminary rounds of interviews Saturday - I simply had no idea, that there would be two-three screening interviews at the Midyear... I thought second interviews would be on-site... Another problem: there are so many positions I like, how am I going to choose which ones to apply for? Especially since I need three letters of recommendation for all but one or two of them... On the other hand, I feel the interviews are going well so far... it's hard to say, though, when they just keep smiling. At least, today I had breaks in between my 7 interviews. Tomorrow I definitely don't have breaks between 8 and 11:30... and I am unlikely to have many more. Eek.
