Well, I have taken the NAPLEX. With the way it's scored, I haven't the slightest idea how well I did. I will call Wednesday or Thursday and see if the Board can release the result... Some of the questions were about things I have never even heard of, others were ones I couldn't remember, but overall I would say it was a fair exam. And much more practical than I expected. Had I known, I would have spent more time studying which drugs require refrigeration and so forth rather than on mechanisms of action and kinetics. Still, it's different for everyone and it adapts to one's ability - so maybe then I would be bombarded with kinetics problems and I would have forgotten all equations? Today it was so annoying when I was looking at a profile and thinking how grateful I am that the question is NOT about the drug I know nothing about - and sure enough, the very next question was about that drug.

Now, the MPJE awaits on Friday. I have always felt comfortable about law (even though everyone says law is worse and everyone always does worse on it). However, I am taking it for a different state than the one where I went to school, so it's going to be a steep learning curve, and I have to go off the statutes themselves, rather than some nicely digested material. Oh well. I hope my ability to think the way test-writers of law questions do didn't deteriorate in the last year and a half, since I took the course. Today I am resting, but tomorrow is back to the grind. And also, I need to write up my reports for IPSF, since I will be moving next weekend and likely without internet access for a week or two. My mom is doing most of my packing, for which I am extremely grateful, since studying and packing at the same time would not have been doable.
