There is NOTHING more useless than the damn idiots at our help desk. Not only they speak barely comprehensible English, but they are also unable to do anything other than follow their most basic algorythms, apparently read straight off their manuals. I wasted half an hour of my life on the phone wiht them to no avail and I think I can understand the problem A LOT better than them. Anyways, I am unable to access e-mail or anything and I planned on working from home today. Suckers. I hope it's fixed by noon, or I will have to drive back to work from the dentist's.
